Mastery Across Generations
Our journey started in 1985. Mrs Bolanle Frances Nedd, our founder, started a small outfit providing personal tailoring services that catered to an upscale clientele. With clients as proud ambassadors and with our founder’s passion to see clients project their best self, the business rapidly expanded its service offerings to include the supply of corporate gift items.
In three decades, Bola Frances has evolved from a boutique fashion company to a widely recognized leader in garment manufacturing, supply of corporate gifts and apparel; with an impressive client portfolio across the finance and education industry in Nigeria.
Meet Our Team
Ronke is an individual with excellent business development skills, She brings on a wealth of knowledge across Corporate Leadership, Business Development, Project Management and Strategy Development having overseen activities at Bola Frances. She took over the reins of Bola Frances in 2005 where she supports the company’s strategic alliances and guides marketing strategies. She holds a Bachelor's (BL) and Masters (LLM) Degree in Law from the University of Ife, OAU and University of Central Lancashire respectively.
Folake started her career with Bola Frances in 2006 as a receptionist and has since contributed to the growth of the company using her exceptional administrative and marketing skills. She has over 12 years working experience and currently works with the Admin and Marketing team at
Bola Frances. She obtained a BSC in Political science from Olabisi Onabanjo university and has received training in High Performance Sales, Leadership and Project Management through notable programmes in Nigeria.

Ayuba, who heads our Uniforms department, is a man who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that he undertakes. He holds a Diploma in Public Accounting and Auditing from Federal College of Education Kano State, and graduated from the University of Lagos with B.Sc in Public Administration. He has over 10 years management experience as an administrator and commands solid technical knowledge balanced with an emphasis on positive customer service.
He has attended trainings on High Performance Sales, Leadership, Customer Service and so many seminars on administration.
Abiodun joined Bola Frances as a cutter 6 years ago and has since risen through the ranks to become the production manager.
She started her career as a sewing machine operator over 20 years ago and lending from her experience working on women’s wear, she learnt how to cut clothes and make beautiful patterns.
